Ballands Bowmen is based in the Wincanton area of Somerset, with members travelling from Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire to shoot with the club. Indoor practice sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings from October to April in a central Wincanton hall. Year-round outdoor practice is available at our woodland course in Penselwood, near the Stourhead Estate, with additional summer evening practice venues in Mere, Wiltshire and Henstridge, Somerset. Together, these locations offer members a varied and well-established range of shooting environments throughout the year.
